Moving Releases to Google Code.

Hey Everyone,
I’ve decided to test out Google code, code.google.com, and release jQuizMe 2.0 on there.
There are some minor problems, like the wiki pages can’t be renamed.
But over all with all ease of use, it’s a decent experience.
